I have ordered three holsters from ANR Design and I was very pleased with the first two. However, on the third holster shipment, not so much. The holster arrived with scuff marks and some scratches on the outside unlike previous examples. I believe perhaps the marring occurred from shipping with the mag carriers in the same envelope without any wrapping to separate the two products. The shipping department needs to simply wrap items in paper to prevent the rubbing together in the mailing envelope.
I was going to recommend your products to friends in need of holsters but am now hesitant. I would be embarrassed to make that recommendation and have them receive a blemished product. I believe I am going to pass on future orders and recommendations. While ANR makes excellent products, they need to take the necessary steps to get them safely to the customer.

Phenomenal holster with great retention. I’ve now grabbed quite a few ANR holsters, both left and right handed, and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality or design. Even if your gun isn’t on the quick ship list I highly recommend getting one made. It’s well worth the wait.

This is an update from a 2-star review made earlier concerning a holster purchase that arrived with scratches. The review was made one week after notifying ANR sales that I have received a blemished product and not receiving a response from them. The review mainly reflected a deficiency in the shipping of the holster unwrapped with mag carriers in the same envelope causing the scratches.
Finally the sales people contacted me and offered to remake the holster and sent an RMA to return the blemished product. So I am completely satisfied with their customer service.
I have purchased 3 holsters and 4 mag carriers from ANR Design. The products are excellent quality, my issue was with the lax shipping. The company informed me that the carbon fiber material I selected for the holsters is more easily scratched and cannot be heat repaired as other kydex materials. So consider that in your material selection if you desire more product durability. I still am impressed with the carbon fiber look. I have recommended ANR to other friends in need of holsters.

This is hands down the most comfortable, concealable, and well built holster on the market. This is also the first kydex holster I’ve owned where it doesn’t feel like it’s cutting through my skin. It fit’s snug against my body and for once there is no printing. The kydex is thicker than my other holsters and the retention is excellent. If you’re looking for an IWB holster I would highly recommend the Appendix w/ Claw. Stop looking and buy this one. You won’t regret it.

Holster is fantastic, the kickout a bit uncomfortable so I removed it.
My only critique is for a “quick ship” was not what I expected. Took 18 days to receive. Not what I expected for a pistol I carry daily, but I guess everyone’s definition of quick is subjective
